AI form editing

Create and refine organization forms by describing what you need to collect — the AI assistant builds the schema and shows a live preview before you save.

You can now create and edit forms with AI instead of waiting for a custom build.

What’s new

  • AI chat editor on Admin → Organization → Forms — describe fields in plain language
  • Live preview on the left updates as the assistant proposes changes
  • Iterative refinement — add required fields, enums, validation rules, and grouped sections through conversation
  • Save when ready — nothing is published until you click Save

  • “Add technician name, visit date, and fault type.”
  • “Make fault type required and add an Other option.”
  • “Add a repeating section for parts replaced with part number and quantity.”

Getting started

  1. Go to Admin → Organization → Forms.
  2. Click New Form (or open an existing form), then describe what you want in the AI panel.
  3. Review the preview, iterate if needed, and click Save.
