Kempower ChargEye integration
Sync Kempower chargers from ChargEye into Maintella and surface detailed component-level status codes and fault conditions for field engineers.
Kempower ChargEye is now available as a native Maintella integration.

- Direct ChargEye connection — add your Kempower API credentials in Admin → Integrations
- Per-charger sync by charger ID (e.g.
CSXXXXXXX) when you know the asset on site - Component-level diagnostics — ChargEye exposes detailed status codes per charger component (connectors, power modules, and more) that field engineers can read directly in the asset advanced view
- Task assignment to synced Kempower chargers from the admin console
Why ChargEye stands out
Other charging integrations in Maintella give you useful fleet-level status, but ChargEye goes deeper on Kempower hardware. Technicians see granular component-level status codes — not just whether a charger is online or faulted, but which part of the unit is reporting an issue. That level of detail is not available through other charging-related integrations today.

Getting started
- Open Admin → Integrations → Kempower ChargEye.
- Enter your ChargEye API credentials and save.
- Link chargers by ID or run sync, then assign maintenance workflows to the imported assets.
